Set in New Austin in 2075, Scraper has the human race fighting against these self aware robots. The object is of the game is to take the city back skyscraper by skyscraper (the name of the game plays nicely). Each scraper is specific to a different vital function to the city, such as power, growing food, or even hospitals.
In this game, you play as elite operative Casey Maxwell. You and an armed pod, your goal is to protect the human race from these bots.
The Humechs are led by their chief Cifer. The most intelligent and aware AI, who is designed to make and create other intelligent bots. After Cifer was alive to see multiple greedy wars and aggressiveness of mankind, his goal is to destroy it. He believes that humans have always had this coming, and this is to protect them from themselves.
