The rules of the game are: each player picks from a list of words that describe an item that they must draw. Wearing a VR Headset, the player has 45 seconds to draw the item. Without talking to eachother, the player’s teammate needs to guess what they are drawing in VR.
If you’ve ever played pictionary with a marker and paper, you’ll agree that playing the game in VR adds a level of difficulty that you probably wouldn’t expect.
Because Jimmy has played this game with several other guests, he has the advantage of knowing how to draw in 3D Space – but his parter in the game, Lana Condor, couldn’t quite guess what Jimmy was drawing. So, they lost the first round.
Claire Danes seemed to have no problem at all making sense of this mashup of shapes and squigly lines that Lil Wayne was putting out. She was able to correctly guess the picture with 15 seconds to spare.
We were inspired by the fun Jimmy Fallon was having with his guests, and felt like we might be able to do a little better.
So, we jumped into our VR Headsets and tried to draw the same pictures to see how well we could do.
Here’s what we were able to do.
