Earlier this month Facebook said that its yearly conference will be held April 30th and May 1st of 2019. Oculus fans must be getting excited, as Facebook is the parent company to Oculus VR.
The Oculus Quest is expected to be released in 2019, although we have had no strong and confirmed rumors. The Quest will be the companies second all-in-one headset, follow the release of the Oculus Go earlier this year. The Go was a great headset and the capabilities of it surprised many, and the Quest will only get better.
The Go was never confirmed much like the Quest, but it was released at Facebook’s annual meeting. We can most likely expect the Quest to get the same kind of treatment, and not have any confirmed until Facebook says it on stage.
When Zuckerberg said the Oculus Quest would release in 2019, he said 50 exclusive titles would release with it and be announced before the Quest itself. So as April comes up sooner, we can expect that the titles will be confirmed, and the quest will likely come out in April as well.
