Audica is a rhythm shooting game from Harmonix. The game has been on PC VR headsets since March of 2019, and Quest owners have only been able to play through the Oculus Link Beta. PSVR users got a taste of this game late in 2019. The Quest is the last headset to get the game. You can get this game tomorrow, as the release is set for January 28th 2020.

If you already bought this game for your Oculus Rift or Rift S through the Oculus Store, then you won’t be shelling out any extra cash for the Quest version. Simply go into the Oculus Quest store tomorrow and press download. From there, no codes will be needed as the game downloads. Just make sure you are signed into the account that you bought the game with.

There will be some exclusive content being released with the Quest tomorrow. The PSVR release saw a slew of household names come to the headsets exclusive music release. Artists such as Ariana Grande, Post Malone, and others all made their appearance on the game with some of their biggest hits.

The four new paid DLC songs will be:

  • Chvurches – “The Mother We Share”
  • Flo Ride Ft. Sage the Gemini and Lookas – “GDFR”
  • Lizzo – “Juice”
  • The Weeknd – “Can’t Feel My Face”

There are also four different songs coming to the Quest for free, and they are all coming out of their PSVR exclusive contract. Those can be found below.

  • ASMS – “Reeds of Mitatrush”
  • Darren Korb ft. Ashley Barrett – “We All Become”
  • James Egbert ft. Nina Sung – “Exit Wounds”
  • James Landino – “Funky Computer”

Audica is a fun mix between Beat Saber and Pistol Whip. Players are tasked with both shooting and hitting the beat, and also aiming accurately in the process. This is one of the more fun games inside of virtual reality that doesn’t get the love or recognition that it truly deserves.

This game, if you haven’t bought it already for the Rift Platform, it will cost $30. Its the same price as Beat Saber and rivals it in playability. This a top-tier game and the list of songs that you can play are no duds either. You can enjoy the best artists in the world while smashing and shooting the best beats the world has to offer.
